International Disaster Emergency Response (IDER) Mission was held in Manila in March 2010. It was initiated by the Ambassador to Sweden Maria Zenaida Angara Collinson. Lina Kolesnikova was a member of the eight-member international expert team, covering risks of terrorist attacks and several response activities.
Mission culminated with the forum held at the Department of Foreign Affairs on March 31, as covered by the local press:
